Signy works primarily on public affairs and public relations assignments.
Prior to joining Axxept she was Head of Communications at the Norwegian Nurses Organisation, where she had a key role in collective wage negotiations, political processes and positioning of the organisation. Signy has previously worked 14 years in the PR industry, as a consultant and as a General Manager in several agencies.
She has also worked as a communications specialist with the Norwegian Socialist Left Party (SV), the Norwegian Municipality Workers Union, the co-operative housing federation NBBL and as a journalist. She was previously a member Oslo’s City Council, representing SV. Signy is a school teacher by education, with additional education in Communications Management at the Norwegian School of Management.
